With 27 years of all around experience in the Colorado mortgage industry, Bev Creswell is a resident expert, and particularly well positioned to help you navigate this current market. Bev has held both branch manager and branch operations manager positions. Outside of her management experience, Bev’s experience includes origination, underwriting, processing, closing and secondary marketing.
As a loan advisor, Bev has vast knowledge of all loan types including FHA, VA, Conventional, CHFA and Bond Programs. Bev’s real passion lies in the FHA 203(k) Loan Rehabilitation Program where she gained experience through the original pilot program under FHA in 1989. She later managed both wholesale and retail lending divisions and currently does continuing education training for real estate agents on the program.
Bev’s community involvement includes serving on the Loan Review Committee for the City of Colorado Springs Housing and Community Development Division, chairman for fundraising committee for Michael Noble under the National Foundation for Transplants, and a prior chair for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life.
